TerracePark.com and the tplist were created in 1999.

In 2023 the tplist sent
— 8820 messages to
— over 1000 subscribers
— for a total of over 8 million emails.
For 25 years TerracePark.com has been the place to go for those interested in relocating to Terrace Park, newcomers, and residents to find information about the village and links to clubs, organizations, and surrounding parks and communities.

The website and listserv are moderated by TechneGraphics and supported by sponsors. Both the tplist and the website link to a Sponsor Landing Page.

Sponsorships are $120. per year and are prorated the first year for the number of full months remaining in the year. (ie: signup in January, the total would be $110) Not for profit organizations are 1/2 price. The listing is the name of the organization which is linked to a page or site and a one sentence description.
